God created us to be in relationship with him, to build God-honoring families, and to turn the wilderness into Eden. When Adam and Eve listened to temptation, they lost more than just access to paradise. They lost guaranteed fruitfulness and spiritual life. But God did not leave them, or the rest of humanity without hope. At the point of Adam and Eve’s loss, God promised redemption. In their disobedience, Adam and Eve lost Eden and all it meant. Because of their disobedience, God’s Son will enter humanity through a daughter of Eve, lose his life on a cross, but become the salvation for all of our sin.
Thank God today for his redemption plan, and all it will cost him to save you.
